Summary
Amends the
Student Identifiers Act 2014
to: allow any entity to request access to an individual's authenticated vocational education and training (VET) transcripts (or extract), where that access is permitted by the access controls set by the individual; and introduce new civil penalties in relation to further applications for student identifiers, alteration of authenticated VET transcripts and representing that a non-authentic document is an authenticated VET transcript (or extract).
